- Being nominated by an Australian State or Territory government;
- Being able to invest at least AUD5 million in qualifying businesses in Australia;
Entrepreneur stream (subclass 188E)
- Being nominated by an Australian State or Territory government;
- Undertaking, or willing to undertake, a complying entrepreneur activity which will lead to the commercialisation of a product or service in Australia after immigration;
- Undertaking, or willing to undertake, a complying entrepreneur activity which will lead to the development of an enterprise or business in Australia after immigration;
