He talked about the existing business migration visas, including the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188), the different branches of this visa, and the transitory pathways from temporary to permanent resident status in Australia.

He also focused on the recent changes in threshold requirements. In new financial year. There is a change in threshold requirement for the business visa (subclass 188). The applicants now require having an annual turnover of AUD 750,000 and holding 1.25 million worth of assets.

After the requirement and eligibility phase Mr Klimek’s illustrated the life in Australia, the superb quality of education, safe and secure housing facilities, and a relaxed and enjoyable lifestyle.

Webinar participants also learned about the City of Adelaide being recently named as the most livable city in Australia, and the third-most livable city in the world.

The most excited chapter of the session was the Question and Answers part, where the zeal of the inquisitive participants appears in the surface. Kazi Ahsan attended most of the migration related queries while Mr. Klimek responded to the business-related questions. Kazi Ahsan also spoke to the participating Bangladeshi business people on State nominations, business visa requirements, application processes, and other details of business migration to Australia. The one-hour session was unique of its kind where a representative, directly from the government, was one of the host.
